01 - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced into sticks
02 - 1/2 cup orange bell pepper, sliced into sticks
03 - 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced into sticks
04 - 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced into sticks
05 - 1/2 cup purple carrot or red cabbage, sliced into sticks
→ Dip
06 - 1/2 cup hummus or ranch dip (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Slice bell peppers, cucumber, and purple carrot or red cabbage into uniform sticks approximately 3 to 4 inches in length.
03 - Arrange vegetable sticks on a large platter in an arch, starting with red, then orange, yellow, green (cucumber), and finishing with purple.
04 - Place a small bowl of hummus or ranch dip at one or both ends of the arch for dipping, if desired.
05 - Serve immediately and enjoy.
