01 - Rinse all citrus fruits thoroughly under cold running water to remove any residue.
02 - Using a sharp chef's knife, cut each fruit into thin, even slices approximately 1/8 inch thick, removing any seeds encountered.
03 - Optionally, dip select slices lightly into granulated sugar to create a sparkling garnish effect.
04 - Place all citrus slices neatly on a serving plate or tray and refrigerate until needed.
05 - Decorate each mocktail with one or two citrus slices on the rim or floating atop the drink; combine with fresh mint leaves for enhanced presentation.
