# How To Make It:
01 - Warm olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add black beans and spices: cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through and aromatic.
02 - Dice avocados, quarter cherry tomatoes, finely dice red onion, and chop fresh cilantro to assemble toppings.
03 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for approximately 30 seconds until pliable and soft.
04 - Layer each tortilla with black beans followed by avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded lettuce, jalapeño slices (if using), and chopped cilantro.
