# What You'll Need:
→ Oats Base
01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
03 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based alternative
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
06 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt
→ Strawberry Lemonade Mix
08 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
10 - 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
11 - 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
→ Toppings
12 - Sliced fresh strawberries, optional
13 - Additional lemon zest, optional
14 - Extra poppy seeds, optional
# How To Make It:
01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all components are evenly distributed.
02 - In a separate small bowl, mash half of the diced strawberries with the lemon juice and lemon zest until juicy while maintaining some visible fruit chunks.
03 - Fold the mashed strawberry mixture, remaining diced strawberries, and poppy seeds into the oat base. Stir until fully combined and evenly distributed.
04 - Cover the bowl or seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours, allowing the oats to soften and flavors to fully meld together.
05 - In the morning, stir the oats thoroughly. Add additional milk if a thinner consistency is preferred. Divide between two serving bowls or jars.
06 - Top each serving with fresh strawberry slices, additional lemon zest, and poppy seeds if desired. Serve chilled.
