# How To Make It:

- Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and allow to fully preheat.
- In a 10–12 inch oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.
- Add diced ham to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes; cook briefly until spinach is wilted, about 1 minute.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme (if using). Stir in half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and vegetables in the skillet. Scatter the remaining cheese across the surface.
- Cook the mixture on the stovetop for 2–3 minutes until the edges just begin to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the center is fully set and the frittata is lightly puffed.
- Remove skillet from oven. Allow to cool for several minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature as desired.
