# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a mini muffin tin with 24 mini cupcake liners.
02 - Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a mixing bowl.
03 - Using an electric mixer, beat unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
04 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract until just incorporated.
05 - Add dry ingredients in two parts, alternating with milk. Blend gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
06 - Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners, filling each approximately two-thirds full. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Allow cupcakes to cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before decorating.
08 - Beat softened unsalted butter until creamy. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar, mixing well. Add vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and milk as needed to achieve desired consistency. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
09 - Apply buttercream frosting to cooled cupcakes using a piping bag or spatula.
10 - Roll white fondant into small balls to form beads, assemble into a short chain, and use a cross-shaped cutter or knife to craft a small cross. Attach beads and cross using a damp brush. Allow to firm up.
11 - Place a fondant rosary on each frosted cupcake just prior to serving.
