# How To Make It:

01 - Beat softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, then mix until well combined and creamy. Fold in chopped chives.
02 - Spoon the dip onto a large serving plate or shallow bowl. Shape it into a lumpy, uneven snow puddle with a spatula.
03 - Roll a small ball of cream cheese or dip for the head and place at one end of the puddle. Insert a baby carrot as the nose. Position black peppercorns or olive pieces for eyes and buttons.
