# What You'll Need:
→ Crackers
01 - 20 rectangular whole-grain crackers
→ Cheese
02 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
03 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
→ Fruit & Vegetables
04 - 1 large cucumber
05 - 1 large carrot
06 - 1 yellow bell pepper
07 - 16 pitted black olives
→ Extras
08 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese
09 - 8 fresh chive stems
# How To Make It:
01 - Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Slice the cucumber into thin, long strips. Cut the carrot into thin matchsticks. Slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
02 - Place one cracker as the base and spread a thin layer of cream cheese over it.
03 - Top the base cracker with a slice of cheddar cheese, a few cucumber strips, and a couple of carrot matchsticks.
04 - Place another cracker on top and spread more cream cheese. Add a slice of Swiss cheese, a few bell pepper strips, and two olive slices.
05 - Repeat layering until five crackers are stacked, alternating cheese and vegetables for color and flavor.
06 - Insert a chive stem along the side of the stack to resemble a giraffe’s neck. Use an olive slice on top as the head and two small carrot pieces as ossicones.
07 - Use a toothpick to secure the stack if necessary. Prepare four identical stacks.
08 - Serve immediately to maintain optimal texture.
