# How To Make It:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-6 minutes until cooked through and golden. Remove chicken and set aside.
03 - Reduce skillet heat to medium. Add remaining butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
04 - Stir in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens to creamy consistency.
